What's the difference between the C1A & C2 models?C2 models include a 17.78cm colour screen that automatically adjusts brightness. This screen allows for more concise animated instructions in combination with the standard voice prompts. What's the difference between a semi-automatic and fully-automatic Mindray AED?Both options harness QShockTM technology, working hand in glove with ResQNavi, for the ability to deliver the first shock in less than 8 seconds. The critical difference is that the semi-auto models prompt the rescuers to deliver a shock, while a fully-auto will deliver the shock automatically. The choice is yours, and we recommend you choose the type that best aligns with your current first aid training and procedures.How does ResQNavi make these defibrillators smart and easy?All Beneheart C1 and C2 AED's harness this fantastic technology. ResQNavi can evaluate the proficiency level of rescuers and provide targeted intelligent rescue navigation to different rescuers throughout the whole resuscitation process. For example, when the rescuer is nervous or inexperienced and does not apply the pads for a long time, ResQNaviTM is able to recognize this and provides more detailed operation guidance for the rescuer.Are Beneheart AEDs suitible for children and adults?Yes, both the C1A and C2 models have pre-connected dual adult/child pads. This means they can be used on both adults and children in combination with the mode toggle switch. Do Mindray Beneheart AEDs have a warranty?Our C1A & C2 defibs have an eight-year warranty on the unit and a five-year warranty on the pads.Do you have product bundles to get me up and running quickly?Yes, all our Mindray Benehart AEDs are available in a 'Save a Life' bundle which includes the device, a red light wall cabinet, sign, shave pack & carry bag.Do you have any rugged options for outdoor or marine use?Our Mindray products are also available in a bundle that includes a waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof case.
