Terms	Terms and Conditions 1 If you do not have an established Credit Account with Alpha First Aid Supplies, you will be contacted to pay for your purchase prior to our delivery of your order. 2 Alpha First Aid Supplies reserves the right to change prices and products specification as necessary. 3 Alpha First Aid Supplies will accept no responsibility for damaged goods, shortages or defects unless the customer has inspected the goods upon delivery and notified us immediately of any problems. 4 Any returns of goods not required must be notified to Alpha First Aid Supplies within 7 days of delivery. Alpha First Aid Supplies will not accept returns on products, which have been specifically ordered for that customer, or order on request only products. Alpha First Aid Supplies may charge a restocking fee of up to 15%. 5 Once Alpha First Aid Supplies approves the return of a Product the Product must be returned with a copy of the original invoice and be returned in original condition with undamaged packaging etc. 6 The company must be given the opportunity to inspect any products and investigate any claims before a credit will be issued. 7 Return of the product is the customer's responsibility including all freight or postage costs and must be performed within 14 days of delivery. Any returns after 14 days may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply at the discretion of Alpha First Aid Supplies. 8 Alpha First Aid Supplies will replace free of charge any parts or products deemed to faulty (due to workmanship) returned to us within the manufacturers warranty period. The manufacturer will determine whether the product or part is faulty. 9 For account customers invoices must be paid within 30 days or an interest charge of up to 15% may apply on overdue payments. 10 Alpha First Aid Supplies reserves the right to include a surcharge on credit card payments, which match the credit company's surcharges in particular on payments over $1000. This would be at the discretion of Alpha First Aid Supplies and should be discussed at time of placing orders. 11 Alpha First Aid Supplies will not accept returns of products that have been used under any circumstances unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
